DESCRIPTION:Montebello Chamber members are invited to an exclusive online informative 60-minute coffee chat with CalChamber's compliance experts on December 15th   to "chat" about the new requirements facing employers.  Participating in the conversation will be:\n\n	Erika Frank\, CalChamber Executive VP and General Counsel\n	Bianca Saad\, CalChamber Employment Law Counsel and Subject Matter Expert\n	Matthew Roberts\, CalChamber Employment Law Counsel and Subject Matter Expert\n\n\n\nOn November 19\, 2020\, the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board (OSHSB) voted to adopt comprehensive new regulations concerning COVID-19 in the workplace.\n\n\n\nThese regulations require that each employer develop and implement a broad\, written COVID-19 prevention program.\n\n\n\nSome of OSHSB's emergency provisions are already integrated into previous guidelines\, but many are new altogether. Employers will want to understand their implications as soon as possible.\n\n\n\nSecure your free spot now as registration is required.
