DESCRIPTION:Garage Sales Dates for 2015\n\nSection 17.10.230 of the Montebello Municipal Code allows garages sales in residential zones four weekends per year. No permits or fees are required of residents wishing to have a garage sale on the permitted weekends. The approved dates for garages sales in 2015 are:\n\n\n\nMarch 6-8th\n\nJune 5-7th\n\nSeptember 4-6th\n\nDecember 4-6th\n\n\n\nGarage sales are only allowed in the City of Montebello on the dates specified above\, and are subject to the following regulations.\n\n	Sales may be conducted only during the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm\n	All items for sale and all items utilized in conjunction with the sale must be kept on private property and not enroach into neighboring property or the public right-of-way.\n	Not more than one sign may be displayed on the premises for the purposes of advertising the sale.\n	Placement of sign on public property (i.e. light poles\, parkways\, traffic medians) is prohibited.\n\nFor more information please contact the City of Montebello Code Enforcement Division at (323) 887-1486
