2019 Labor Law Posters Already Need Update

Less than a month into the new year, 2019 labor law posters released at the start of the year are already outdated.  A new poster, "California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment," must be posted in addition to the mandatory notices which were in effect at the start of the year.

If you ordered your posters from the Montebello Chamber office and purchased the Poster Protection guarantee, your posters will be automatically replaced very soon.  If you did not purchase the guarantee, you have the option of ordering new replacement posters, or posting the new notice next to your existing 2019 labor law poster.  To download the new notice, click here.
