California Launches #ShopSafeShopLocal Website & Campaign

The State of California has launched a website to promote and support local businesses as well as a marketing campaign that will through July. The Small Business Advocate, Isabel Guzman partnered with small business leaders throughout the state to launch the #ShopSafeShopLocal website; a toolkit for small business owners and a movement for the support of local small businesses.
 
The website has resources from organizations and corporate sponsors on sales & marketing, operations, shipping & delivery, advise & resources, trainings & networks, and how to navigate CA State Agencies. The website also provides a digital media toolkit, industry specific guidance, personal protective equipment, and free business consulting.
 
Here are some ways you can participate and benefit:
 

1. Email any successes you've had during these times for a chance to be featured on the website
2. Get free business consulting to support your business
3. Buy PPE (or register to sell if you are a manufacturer of PPE)
4. Get free business resources from state's partner companies
5. Get digital media to promote the #ShopSafeShopLocal campaign
6. Find continually updated industry guidance to reduce COVID risk
