The Ambassador Committee is comprised of Chamber members who serve as the welcoming arm of the Chamber at all events and familiarize new members to the workings of the Chamber. They play a vital role in promoting the Chamber, acting as hosts at the events, deliver the official Chamber New Member Packages and Plaques and represent the Chamber. Chamber Connections is a networking group comprised of Chamber members from non-competitive businesses. Only one member from each kind of business is able to join (one bank, one realtor, etc.), and must be members in good standing of the Chamber and abide by all program rules. The group meets regularly to exchange new business leads and to discuss growth opportunities in the Montebello and surrounding areas. Meetings are held every other Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m.
The Economic Development Committee of the Montebello Chamber of Commerce is a group of leaders in the community dedicated to creating a vision and standard for development in Montebello that will achieve the long-term growth goals of the community.
The Governmental Affairs Committee of the Montebello Chamber of Commerce analyzes local, state and federal issues affecting business and the overall welfare of the community. This committee advocates the Chamber's position on these issues on behalf of its membership.
